AnyWager is a Chrome extension that highlights webpage text related to live prediction markets. This policy explains what data the extension accesses and how it is handled.
When you visit a webpage, the extension extracts visible text from the page and sends it to our backend service (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) to find semantic matches against prediction market titles. The data sent includes:
Page text and URLs are used solely to match sentences against prediction market data. Matched results are cached for up to 5 minutes to improve performance. No data is stored beyond this short-lived cache.
The backend uses Cloudflare Workers for hosting and Pinecone for vector search. These services process the text sent by the extension in order to return matching markets. No user-identifiable information is sent to these services.
Cached match results are automatically deleted after 5 minutes. No long-term storage of page content or URLs occurs.
If this policy is updated, the changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
